This policy explains how GymOS, operated by Kiran Hosmani, handles information connected with this website, enquiries and the GymOS service. The intended public website is www.vality.online. The operations app is hosted separately.
1. Information you choose to share
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, gym or business name and the contents of your enquiry. When direct delivery is connected, the contact form sends your enquiry to our backend and email provider for delivery to our team. If direct delivery is unavailable, the form instead prepares a draft in your email app; we receive it only when you send it. Do not include sensitive member information in general enquiries.
2. Information within GymOS
Gym owners and authorised users may enter account details, member contact information, memberships, attendance, payments, receipts, enquiries and operational notes. Payment records describe transactions entered into GymOS; they are not a request for your full card number, banking password or security code.
Gym owners are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use their members’ information, giving necessary notices and managing staff permissions. If you are a gym member, contact your gym first about its records and practices. You may also contact us for help routing a request.
3. Why information is used
- To respond to enquiries, arrange demos and activate trials.
- To provide accounts, gym-management features and support.
- To maintain service security, investigate problems and manage subscriptions.
- To meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes.
We do not sell personal information. An enquiry is not an automatic subscription to unrelated marketing.
4. Service providers and technical information
Hosting, authentication, database and email providers support delivery of the service. The operations app uses Supabase and Vercel. Contact emails are received through Gmail. When direct form delivery is enabled, Resend processes the enquiry and its delivery information on our behalf. This landing page loads Google Fonts, so that provider may receive technical request information such as an IP address. Hosting providers may process request logs, device or browser details and security information.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Access should be limited to what is needed to provide the service, support authorised requests or comply with applicable law.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This landing page does not add advertising trackers or an analytics integration. The separately hosted operations app uses authentication-related cookies or browser storage to maintain sign-in. Third-party websites and services opened from this site follow their own policies.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained as needed for the relevant service, support, security, recordkeeping or legal purpose. There is no single retention period covering every type of record. Contact us to discuss deletion or account closure. Some records may need to be retained where law, dispute handling or legitimate recordkeeping requires it.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private, restrict staff access appropriately and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Your requests and choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent where relevant, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant gym. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate restrictions; we will explain where a request cannot be completed.
8. Children’s information
GymOS business accounts are intended for adult operators and authorised staff. A gym entering information about children is responsible for obtaining any required parent or guardian authorisation and applying the appropriate safeguards. Do not send children’s personal information through the public contact form.
